Job Description

Mô tả Công việc

– Plan and manage purchasing supply to support business needs.
– Oversee indirect purchases, ensuring goods and services are of high quality
– Control documentation for direct purchases.
– Ensure the timely and smooth import of goods
– Oversee all customs activities related to importing and exporting.
– Implement procedures that comply with regulations and company policies.
– Regularly evaluate suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and align with company policies.
– Negotiate and discuss the terms of master contracts with suppliers.
– Coordinate with relevant departments to address any issues that arise during the purchasing process.
– Supplier management: quality, accounts payable, service, delivery, warranty.
– Balance the inbound plans and outbound plans with the warehouses.
– Manage team personnel, evaluate and monitor the activities and roles of each position.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

– Bachelor’s degree
– Over 5 years of managerial experience in procurement and import/export.
– Strong planning and execution skills.
– Excellent stakeholder management abilities to build and maintain relationships.
– Advanced leadership skills with a focus on results and change management.
– Proficient in English and MS Office.
